I'm Luis, a graphic designer and artist looking to enter the UX industry as a UX/UI designer. My experience working in retail and as an event organiser refined my ability to understand how my choices would impact customers' perceptions of my work.
I am naturally good at communicating and talking to people. This helps me understand customers' points of view and needs, and makes it easier for me to collect people's opinions so that all my choices are supported by data.
The most rewarding part of organising events was seeing the experience I carefully created and how the audience responded to it.
I am now moving to this industry because I want to focus even more on this and make an even more significant difference in the way users experience products.
